Requirements

The goal of this new version of MRML is to build on the experience we acquired from the use of version 1.0. In summary, the requirements of version 2.0 are:

Better use of XML capabilities and context
More formal extension procedure
(from version 1.0)Simple, easy-to-grasp specification
(from version 1.0)Easy and quick to implement
(from version 1.0)Robust to extensions and modifications

In brief, this version is rather a cleanup of the initial specification.
